“Get rich in real estate…God isn’t making anymore land.”
Even though that trumpet is silenced for the foreseeable future, especially in the info marketing realm, you can count on seeing Ron LeGrand around when signs of life return to the market.
I met Ron in Los Angeles at the late Corey Rudl’s seminar in 2004.
I’ve seen a lot of platform speakers and Ron is one of the best. After his presentation, there was a line of about one hundred people with credit cards in hand ready to snatch up his starter’s kit.
This is a self-mailer which promoted one of his seminars a few years ago. You can download a 1.4 mg PDF of it to your computer by right clicking on the image and choosing “save link as” or “save target as.”

I’ve had the misfortune of getting Uncle Ron’s courses and I can tell you this:
They are outdated. They are poorly presented. They are 80% hype and only 20% useful content. They are mostly filler to make it seem like you’re getting a lot of “content”. (My 10-year-old grandson could assemble all of it into a booklet in less than a week.) They do not reflect reality – just idealism.
Anyone who wants to buy his stuff will overpay; but if that’s what they want, they should use that “info” as a synopsis and not as a blueprint.

With all due respect, Nick, I don’t know what course you attended. It certainly was not the one I know about. There was more content packed into those 5 days than anyone could absorb and the legal templates would have taken a team of lawyers more than a week to assemble. I have owned rental/investment properties…and I learned plenty.

Nick,
The information I have bought from Ron over the years (both real estate and information marketing areas) made me millions. Yes, I invested tens of thousands in his materials, he ain’t cheap. But I got back 1,000 times more in profits using it.

On the subject of copywriting. I have a close to 100 items thick swipe file of Ron’s letters and postcards. He’s is darn good, highly engaging copywriter.
